The general objective is to identify the socioeconomic activities and analyze how they influence the family life conditions of the Balearic Las Seagulls. The methods used are the Ethnographic, the Ethnological and the Inductive - Deductive. Regarding the techniques used were: observation, semi-structured interview and in-depth interview. This methodology served to collect qualitative data from the families that helped to understand their perceptions regarding their living conditions. The sample taken was 25 families, which are currently the total number of families living in Balearic Las Seagulls. As a result, we have that agriculture has a positive influence on the family economy, those who do not have land (47%) work for others, their physical effort is not always well paid economically. Livestock (60%), this activity hinders the territorial organization of the community because they do not have an exclusive space for raising animals. Fishing, practiced by 12% of the families, is considered a seasonal and recreational activity, but not as a perennial economic sustenance. Crafts (12%), help to strengthen the conservation of the environment and the empowerment of women. And lastly, trade (16%), this activity generates economic income for family businesses, but also causes pollution due to the waste left by vacationers and residents of the sector. Family life conditions express low standards of living with respect to health and education. 22% of students have dropped out of school for personal and financial reasons. The difficulty in accessing education responds to two main factors: poor internet coverage and scarce economic resources. In the Health Sector, 60% do not attend the medical post because they prefer to use medicinal herbs and carry out traditional therapeutic treatments
