The present thesis: "Analysis of the judicial news published in the diary The Industry of Trujillo (2014), to evaluate the informative politics of the Top Court of Justice of The Freedom (CSJLL), projected across his office of Image and Communications", is a basic, descriptive, not experimental investigation of the longitudinal type, which has as aims analyze the judicial news published in the diary The Industry of Trujillo, to evaluate the informative politics of the CSJLL, across his office of Image and Communications. The investigation developed using the hypothetical deductive method, and the technologies of documentary investigation and analysis of content, being the data sources the libraries of the four most representative universities of the city (National University of Trujillo, Private University Antenor Orrego, University Deprived of the North and University César Vallejo), as well as the newspaper library of the Municipal Library of Trujillo, and the journalistic file of the office of Image and Communications of the CSJLL. The hypothesis of the present study: "the informative politics of the Top Court of Justice of The Freedom (CSJLL), projected across his office of Image and Communications, and identified by means of the analysis of the judicial news published in the diary „The Industry‟ of Trujillo (2014), is not ideal", it was confirmed and sustained in the exhibition of the results, which simultaneously allowed the production of a series of conclusions and recommendations, which have as intention strengthen the informative politics of the CSJLL.
