The purpose of this research qualitative descriptive phenomenological perspective to analyze comprehensively the experiences of women with breast cancer in order to reveal their experiences, describing their coping styles, behavioral and emotional responses, determining as well as this disease affects lifestyle of patients. The guiding question posed was, "Tell me how you live your day to day since I learned of your illness?". The research subjects were 14 women with medical treatment of breast cancer diagnosed from 3 to 8 months living in the jurisdiction of the District of Guadalupe, who, with informed consent and the respective conditions of anonymity and confidentiality agreed to participate in this research, which was held from May 25 to 08 July 2011. The speeches were obtained through interviews, which were processed following the path indicated by Martin Heidegger identified 7 units of meaning with their respective medium and vague understanding and hermeneutic analysis. The findings show that these women live their existence in a way to live with uncertainty, yet are empowered by the support they receive from their spouse and family
