Were employed Defined Daily Dose (DDD) to determine the consumption of Infliximab, Etanercept and Adalimumab in the hospital and outpatient, as appropriate, in the National Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins 9.25 DDD/100 bed-days to Infliximab, 0.55 DDD/1000 attention-day Etanercept and 0.21 DDD/1000 attention-day Adalimumab in annual average. The total annual cost of Infliximab, Etanercept and Adalimumab for the National Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins was S/.1572723.991; S /. 1442219.26 and S /. 591333.80 respectively

El universo muestral estuvo constituido por los registros informatizados de consumo y costo, mensual obtenidos de la base de datos del Sistema de Gestión Hospitalaria – Farmacia Dosis Unitaria (FUS), en el periodo de 01 de enero del 2008 al 31 de diciembre del 2009. Se empleò la Dosis Diaria Definida (DDD) para la determinación del consumo de Infliximab, Etanercept y Adalimumab en los servicios de hospitalización y consulta externa, según corresponda, en el Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins el cual fuè de 9.25 DDD/100 camas/día para Infliximab, 0.55 DDD/1000 atenciones-día para Etanercept y 0.21 DDD/1000 atenciones-día para Adalimumab en promedio anual.
