Sumario: | This research aims to determine the effect of the combination of three nanoencapsulated essential oils on intestinal morphometry in chickens. This research was carried out in a 12 m2 shed in Urb. Santa María in the city of Trujillo - La Libertad and in the Microhistology Laboratory of the National University of Huancavelica (UNH). 60 Cobb 500 male chickens of 0 days of age were evaluated, a completely randomized design (DCA) was used where they were distributed in 4 treatments with 3 experimental units each treatment which were: T0: Balanced Food (BF), T1: BF + 50% of Nanoencapsulated Soursop Essential Oil (NSEO), 25% of LNEO and 25% of NEEO, T2: BF + 25% of NSEO, 50% of Lemon Nanoencapsulated Essential Oil (LNEO) and 25% NEEO; T3: BF + 25% NSEO, 25% LNEO and 50% Nanoencapsulated Eucalyptus Essential Oil (NEEO). in turn, their productive performance was measured in stages. 1 cm of small intestine was obtained for analysis in the Microhistology Laboratory at UNH and to measure intestinal morphometry. The results showed in the chemical composition of lemon oil: α-Pinene (1.8%), δ - Fellandrene (1.8%), β -Pinene (22.3%), Β-Myrcene (0.9%), oil of eucalyptus: Eucalyptol (69.1%), 2-Norpinene (23.4%) and α-Terpenyl Acetate (2.5%) and soursop oil: Cis -11- octadecenoic acid (Asclepico acid) (49.1%), Methyl isoheptadecanoate (26%) and oleic acid (5.3%). For intestinal morphometry in the duodenum and jejunum, statistically significant differences (p<0.05) were found with the T3 treatment (50% NSA). In productive performance, the best weight gain (2994.8), feed consumption (4878.3) and feed conversion (1.86) in T1 was obtained; as well as the proventriculus, gizzard and liver and the small intestine, as the best percentage of organ weights based on their live weight. It is concluded that the combination of eucalyptus nanoencapsulated essential oil improves intestinal morphometry in chickens. |
