The data collected were analyzed according to descriptive and inferential statistics, obtaining as results, in working conditions: an acceptable level in 60.2 % (80 nurses); while, in 39.8 % (53 nurses) a risk level was found. Regarding lifestyles, 57.9% (77 nurses) were found to be healthy and 42.1% (56 nurses) were found to be very healthy. To determine the relationship between both variables, Pearson's chi-square test was used, showing that there is a highly significant relationship. This connection is directly proportional, where p-value is equal to 0.009 |

This connection is directly proportional, where p-value is equal to 0.009La presente investigación de tipo cuantitativo transversal correlacional; tuvo como objetivo determinar si existe relación entre las condiciones laborales y los estilos de vida de las enfermeras del Hospital Regional de Trujillo, en el contexto COVID-19, 2022. La muestra fue de 133 enfermeras que laboran en dicho hospital, a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos: “Instrumento de evaluación de condiciones de trabajo del profesional de enfermería” y “Cuestionario de Perfil de Estilo de Vida (PEPS-I)”. Los datos recabados fueron analizados según la estadística descriptiva e inferencial, obteniéndose como resultados, en condiciones laborales: un nivel aceptable en el 60.2 % (80 enfermeras); y el 39.8 % (53 enfermeras) se encontró un nivel de riesgo. Respecto a los estilos de vida, se halló en un nivel saludable al 57.9 % (77 enfermeras) y muy saludable al 42.1 % (56 enfermeras). Para determinar la relación entre ambas variables se utilizó la prueba Chi- cuadrado de Pearson, demostrando que existe relación altamente significativa.
