The present research work was carried out having as a study the company Grupo GRYLBS Ingeniería y Construcción E.I.R.L. In the Cajamarca district, with the aim of analyzing administrative management and its incidence on the competitiveness of the construction company, the research was carried out of the descriptive, non- experimental type, the Inductive-Deductive Method was used, the Hypothetical- Deductive Method, the data collection and the survey as a research technique, to validate the reliability of the data obtained, the Cronbach's Alpha method was applied, obtaining 0.794 for the data collection instrument for the Administrative Management variable and 0.849 for the Competitiveness variable; The population consisted of 32 collaborators, the data collection instrument was applied to this population, and with the information obtained it was possible to meet the objectives, verify the research hypothesis and determine as the main result that the study variables were are positively related, with a Pearson correlation coefficient equal to 0.89, as a result of the correlational analysis of the variables, it was concluded that Administrative Management has a positive impact on the Competitiveness of the GRYLBS Engineering and Construction EIRL Group
