Esta situación ha motivado el estudio de Reacciones Adversas en el HNERM durante los meses de enero – junio 2009. Se utilizó el método de notificación espontánea de RAMs recopilando las Hojas Amarillas de los servicios de hospitalización. Las sospechas de RAMs fueron evaluadas empleando el Algoritmo de Decisión para establecer la causalidad. Posteriormente se procedió a la clasificación WHO-ART en órganos y sistemas afectados, así como la clasificación ATC del fármaco sospechoso. Finalmente se determino que los agentes antiinfecciosos para uso sistémico fueron el grupo terapéutico con mayor porcentaje de RAMs, teniendo en primer lugar a Vancomicina e Imipenem + Cilastatina. Además dentro del grupo de los Transtornos de piel y apéndices la erupción cutánea fue el RAMs más frecuente con 47.8%.

This situation has motivated the study of adverse reactions ERMH during the months of January to June 2009. We used the method of spontaneous reporting of ADRs by collecting the yellow leaves of hospital services. Suspected ADRs were evaluated using the decision algorithm to establish causality. Then we proceeded to the WHO-ART classification organ systems affected and the ATC classification of suspected drugs. Finally it was determined that the anti-infective agents for systemic use were the therapeutic group with the highest percentage of ADRs, taking first to Vancomycin and Imipenem + Cilastatin.
