This research is based on the proposal of a model of inventory management to improve logistics processes at company stores Reyes SRL, in the city of Trujillo La Libertad, basically consists of a diagnosis of the logistics cycle of the company, the which is based on the analysis of each item Kardecks. The model reveals problems not previously observed because inventories were high, the main problems discovered the differences in the physical stock and the virtual stock, obsolete products, huesa goods, which have been refined gradually. Furthermore it has been significantly reduced levels of inventory in store, and the same concept has been shared and implemented at branch stores transferring excess stock found in warehouse stores branches to the main warehouse
