In order to elaborate the_x000D_ project, on-site and desktop investigations were carried out, while_x000D_ consulting relevant local, national and international regulations. Such_x000D_ needs found in the analysis, gave rise to the present architectural project_x000D_ whose objective is to improve the deficient infrastructure and at the_x000D_ same time, to value that historical monument, because it's at risk of_x000D_ getting lost.The project is strongly supported by three pillars, such as:_x000D_ Strengthen the identity of Chicama town; also being an inclusive_x000D_ project, where no one is left out or feels strange when stepping on the_x000D_ facilities; and at the same time it is sustainable, with technological_x000D_ characteristics that are friendly to the environment. The symbiosis is_x000D_ present in the project, since it brings together the religious, cultural,_x000D_ social, and even educational aspects to be developed, in a balanced_x000D_ way, and developed on abundant nature.

Implantando el menester de la_x000D_ religiosidad, y concretándola en una antigua iglesia que hoy en día representa un_x000D_ símbolo de identidad para el Pueblo Chicamense, y que conserva aún valores_x000D_ culturales pese a encontrarse en estado precario debido a su abandono. Para llegar_x000D_ al proyecto, se realizaron investigaciones in situ y de escritorio, a la vez que, se_x000D_ consultaron las normativas locales, nacionales e internacionales pertinentes._x000D_ Ello refirió que existe una amplia demanda por parte de feligreses y un_x000D_ deficiente nivel en la infraestructura religiosa. Con tales resultados y con la_x000D_ necesidad de mantener viva la fe católica que profesa la mayoría de la población_x000D_ nace así la propuesta de un proyecto integral arquitectónico, cuyo objetivo es_x000D_ mejorar la infraestructura deficiente y al mismo tiempo, poner en valor aquel_x000D_ monumento histórico mencionado al empezar, pues se encuentra con riesgo a_x000D_ perderse._x000D_ El proyecto, se sustenta fuertemente en tres pilares, como son: Fortalecer la_x000D_ identidad del pueblo de Chicama; ser además un proyecto inclusivo, donde nadie_x000D_ quede fuera ni se sienta extraño al pisar las instalaciones; y que a la vez sea_x000D_ sostenible, con características tecnológicas amigables con el medio ambiente.
