La presente investigación se titula “Pronunciamientos judiciales sobre la acción civil y su incidencia en la tutela jurisdiccional efectiva del agraviado en los procesos penales llevados en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Ica, 2018-2021” presentando el siguiente problema general: ¿De qué manera, los pronunciamientos judiciales sobre la acción civil inciden en la Tutela Jurisdiccional efectiva del agraviado en los procesos penales llevados en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Ica, 2018 - 2021? Donde se precisa el siguiente objetivo general: Establecer la manera en que los pronunciamientos judiciales sobre la acción civil inciden en la Tutela Jurisdiccional efectiva del agraviado en los procesos penales llevados en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Ica, 2018-2021. Por ello, se demuestra la siguiente hipótesis: Los pronunciamientos judiciales sobre la acción civil inciden positivamente en la Tutela Jurisdiccional efectiva del agraviado en los procesos penales llevados en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Ica, 2018 – 2021. Con el fin de corroborar la hipótesis general planteada en la presente tesis se utilizaron instrumentos y técnicas de investigación como la encuesta, mediante la cual se logró la corroboración de lo afirmado, lo que se constata en el capítulo de resultados. ----- The present investigation is entitled "JUDICIAL PRONOUNCEMENTS ON CIVIL ACTION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE EFFECTIVE JURISDICTIONAL PROTECTION OF THE AFFECTED IN THE CRIMINAL PROCESSES CARRIED OUT IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF JUSTICE OF ICA, 2018 - 2021" presenting the following general problem: In what way , the judicial pronouncements on the civil action affect the effective Jurisdictional Protection of the aggrieved in the criminal proceedings carried out in the Superior Court of Justice of Ica, 2018-2021? Where the following general objective is specified: Establish the way in which the judicial pronouncements on the civil action affect the effective Jurisdictional Protection of the aggrieved in the criminal proceedings carried out in the Superior Court of Justice of Ica, 2018 - 2021. For this reason, it is demonstrates the following hypothesis: The judicial pronouncements on the civil action have a positive impact on the effective Jurisdictional Protection of the aggrieved in the criminal proceedings carried out in the Superior Court of Justice of Ica, 2018 - 2021.
