Determinar los factores asociados a la adherencia farmacológica en pacientes con dislipidemias atendidos en el C.S. La Angostura en el periodo agosto-septiembre del 2022. El estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño metodológico observacional, analítico, transversal y prospectivo. El universo de la población de estudio está conformado por los pacientes con dislipidemia atendidos en el Centro de Salud La Angostura durante los meses de agosto-septiembre del año 2022 (N=254) y la muestra estuvo conformada por 96 pacientes. El instrumento fue un cuestionario 20 ítems. El procesamiento estadístico fue bivariado utilizando la prueba de Chi2 de Pearson a un 95% de confianza. La muestra estudiada estuvo conformada por pacientes de una edad promedio de 61 años y mayormente del género femenino (70,8%). Solo el 12,5% de los pacientes se adhirió al tratamiento. El estado civil, el nivel de conocimiento, la disfunción familiar y el sedentarismo dieron un p-valor menor a 0,05 en el análisis bivariado. Los pacientes solteros fueron los que mostraron una mayor adherencia (62,5%), igualmente se observó en aquellos con un nivel de conocimiento adecuado (45,0%), los que tuvieron una familia funcional (46,9%) y los que no tuvieron hábitos sedentarios (66,8%). Existen factores sociodemográficos, culturales y hábitos nocivos que se asocian a la adherencia farmacológica en pacientes con dislipidemia atendidos en el Centro de Salud La Angostura durante los meses de agosto-septiembre del año 2022. To determine the factors associated with pharmacological adherence in patients with dyslipidemia treated at the C.S. La Angostura in the period August-September 2022. The study had a quantitative approach with an observational, analytical, crosssectional and prospective methodological design. The universe of the study population is made up of patients with dyslipidemia treated at the La Angostura Health Center during the months of August-September of the year 2022 (N=254) and the sample consisted of 96 patients. The instrument was a 20-item questionnaire. Statistical processing was bivariate using Pearson's Chi2 test at 95% confidence. The studied sample consisted of patients with an average age of 61 years and mostly female (70.8%). Only 12.5% of the patients adhered to the treatment. Marital status, level of knowledge, family dysfunction, and sedentary lifestyle gave a p-value of less than 0.05 in the bivariate analysis. Single patients were those who showed greater adherence (62.5%), it was also observed in those with an adequate level of knowledge (45.0%), those who had a functional family (46.9%) and those who they did not have sedentary habits (66.8%). There are sociodemographic, cultural factors and harmful habits that are associated with pharmacological adherence in patients with dyslipidemia treated at the La Angostura Health Center during the months of August-September of the year 2022.
