El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo Determinar el nivel de conocimiento del director técnico acerca del Manual de Buenas Prácticas de Oficina Farmacéutica (BPOF) de las boticas del cercado de Ica 2023. Para el cual aplicamos un diseño no experimental, cuantitativo- observacional de tipo descriptivo - prospectivo. Con una población de 86 directores técnicos de diferentes establecimientos farmacéuticos, para el cual se aplicó un cuestionario sobre el Manual de BPOF a los directores técnicos. Para ello se realizó diversas preguntas sobre dicho manual de esta manera saber si realmente conocen. Donde los resultados que obtuvimos fueron del rs =,716; p = ,000 entre ambas variables mediante el software SPSS 25 y Microsoft Excel 2010, por lo que se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis principal, el conocimiento del director técnico acerca del Manual de BPOF es 42,2% (totalmente de acuerdo) y 47,7% (de acuerdo), así mismo sobre las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento (BPA) 41,9% (totalmente de acuerdo), 46,5% (de acuerdo) y solo 2,3% (totalmente desacuerdo), respecto a las buenas prácticas de dispensación (BPD) un 61,6% (de acuerdo), 14% (totalmente de acuerdo), 18,6% (desacuerdo) y buenas prácticas de farmacovigilancia (BPF) el 25,6% (totalmente de acuerdo), 60,5% (de acuerdo) y 3,5% (totalmente desacuerdo). Se concluye que los directores técnicos conocen sobre este manual, ya que existe una correlación alta entre nivel de conocimiento del director técnico acerca del Manual de Buenas Prácticas de Oficina Farmacéutica de las boticas y sus dimensiones. ----- The objective of this work was to determine the level of knowledge of the technical director about the Manual of Good Pharmaceutical Office Practices (BPOF) of the pharmacies of the Cercado de Ica 2023. For which we applied a non-experimental, quantitative-observational design of a descriptive type. - prospective. With a population of 86 technical directors from different pharmaceutical establishments, for which a questionnaire about the BPOF Manual was applied to the technical directors. To do this, various questions were asked about said manual in order to know if they really know it. Where the results we obtained were rs =.716; p = .000 between both variables using SPSS 25 software and Microsoft Excel 2010, so the null hypothesis is rejected and the main hypothesis is accepted, the knowledge of the technical director about the BPOF Manual is 42.2% (totally agree) and 47.7% (agree), likewise about good storage practices (BPA) 41.9% (totally agree) , 46.5% (agree) and only 2.3% (totally disagree), regarding good dispensing practices (BPD) 61.6% (agree), 14% (totally agree), 18, 6% (disagree) and good pharmacovigilance practices (BPF) 25.6% (totally agree), 60.5% (agree) and 3.5% (totally disagree). It is concluded that the technical directors know about this manual, since there is a high correlation between the technical director's level of knowledge about the Pharmaceutical Office Good Practices Manual of the pharmacies and its dimensions.
