Correlación entre el peso estimado fetal por ecografía y el peso del neonato a término en una IPRESS privado de Cañete, 2021

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la correlación entre el peso estimado fetal por ecografía y el peso del neonato a término en una IPRESS Privado de Cañete, 2021. Siendo un estudio tipo básico, retrospectivo, de corte transversal, nivel relacional, diseño no experimental. La técnica fue el análisis documentario. Una población de 82 gestantes a término y sus respectivas ecografías realizadas hasta con 7 días previos al parto. El promedio del peso fetal por ecografía fue 3380.46 gr y el promedio del peso de neonatos 3445.70 gr, ambos con una diferencia de 65.24 gr. En el sexo masculino, el peso promedio fetal por ecografía fue 3546.61 gr, pero al nacer fue 3591.25 gr. En el sexo femenino, el peso promedio fetal por ecografía fue 3252.85 gr, pero al nacer fue 3306.24 gr. En las características obstétricas de las gestantes se identificaron que el 81.7% tuvieron entre los 18-35 años, 39.0% fueron primíparas, la mayoría tuvo parto vía cesárea en 86.60%. Los motivos de cesárea, indican que la mayoría han sido cesárea innecesaria (31%), seguido por macrosomía fetal (14.10%), paridad satisfecha + bloqueo tubario bilateral (BTB) (11.30%); tuvieron ≥ 6 controles prenatales (CPN) 74.40%. Respecto a los neonatos, fueron en su mayoría sexo femenino un 56.10%. En conclusión según la prueba de correlación de Pearson (0,331), existe un grado de correlación positiva baja entre el peso estimado fetal por ecografía y el peso del neonato, con una relación muy significativa entre ambas variables. ----- The present research work aimed to determine the correlation between the estimated fetal weight by ultrasound and the weight of the neonate at term in a Private IPRESS of Cañete, 2021. It is a basic study, retrospective, cross-sectional, relational level, non-experimental design. The technique was documentary analysis. A population of 82 full-term pregnant women and their respective ultrasounds performed up to 7 days before delivery. The mean fetal weight by ultrasound was 3380.46 gr and the mean weight of neonates 3445.70 gr, both with a difference of 65.24 gr. In the male sex, the average fetal weight by ultrasound was 3546.61 gr, but at birth it was 3591.25 gr. In the female sex, the average fetal weight by ultrasound was 3252.85 gr, but at birth it was 3306.24 gr. In the obstetric characteristics of the pregnant women, it was identified that 81.7% were between 18-35 years old, 39.0% were primiparous, most had delivery via cesarean section in 86.60%.The reasons for cesarean section indicate that the majority have been unnecessary cesarean section (31%), followed by fetal macrosomia (14.10%), satisfied parity + bilateral tubal block (BTB) (11.30%); had ≥ 6 prenatal controls (CPN) 74.40%. Regarding the neonates, 56.10% were female. In conclusion according to Pearson's correlation test (0.331), there is a low degree of positive correlation between the estimated fetal weight by ultrasound and the weight of the neonate, with a very significant relationship between both variables.
