Nivel de conocimiento sobre complicaciones de diabetes mellitus como factor de adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes diabéticos tipo 2 del C.S. CLAS Subtanjalla durante el año 2023

Los valores del incremento de glucosa en sangre dentro del proceso diabético que afrontan cada una de las personas afectadas se resume en la insulinoresistencia para largo del tiempo, comprometiendo gravemente el impacto en la administración pública de salud dentro de la población que acude al C. S. CLAS Subtanjalla en el año 2023. En tal propósito nace la necesidad de cuestionar la asociación dentro del papel adherente terapéutico que asumen personalmente frente al nivel de cognitivo inherente a los mismos. Realizando un proceso investigativo descriptivo, correlativo de corte cuantitativo – transversal; utilizando una población muestral de 123 participantes que decidieron voluntariamente acceder al estudio. Durante la aplicación de este, fue necesario utilizar el formulario más apropiado para las variables establecidas, así como su correlación con el balotario sobre diabetes tipo II (DKQ – 24) con la prueba de Green – Morisky. Arrojando valores estadísticos que revelan la falta de conocimiento idóneo sobre la patología diabética para un valor de 26.8%, además de resaltar la no adherencia para los mismos alrededor del 65%; comprobándose la alta significancia para su correlación con una asociación significativa. Concluyendo mediante el valor del chi cuadrado (0.26>0.05) permite no rechazar la dependencia de las variables en mención además de la correlación positiva considerable para la adherencia farmacológica y el grado cognitivo sobre la patología que padecen. ----- The values of increased blood glucose within the diabetic process faced by patients who have developed insulin resistance over time, seriously compromising the impact on public health administration within the population that attends the C.S. CLAS Subtanjalla in the year 2023. With this purpose, the need arises to question the association within the therapeutic adherent role that they personally assume compared to the cognitive level inherent to them. Carrying out a descriptive, correlative, quantitative-cross-sectional investigative process; using a sample population of 123 participants who voluntarily decided to access the study. During its application, it was necessary to use a data collection form for the established variables, as well as its correlation with the type II diabetes questionnaire (DKQ – 24) with the Green – Morisky test. Providing statistical values that reveal the lack of adequate knowledge about diabetic pathology for a value of 26.8%, in addition to highlighting the non-adherence for them around 65%; proving the high significance for its correlation with a significant association. Concluding, the value of the chi square (0.26>0.05) allows us not to reject the dependence of the variables in question in addition to the considerable positive correlation for pharmacological adherence and the cognitive degree on the pathology they suffer from.
