description OBJETIVO: Determinar la correlación entre la reactividad fetal basado en el test no estresante y el Apgar del neonato en gestantes que acuden al Centro de Salud Ciudad Nueva en el período de Enero a Diciembre del 2014. MÉTODOS: Se realizó un estudio no experimental, transversal, en el que participaron 69 gestantes entre los 18 y 38 años de edad del Centro de Salud de Ciudad Nueva. RESULTADOS: Se encontró que el patrón de reactividad fetal basado en el test no estresante que presentaron los fetos de las gestantes atendidas en el Centro de Salud Ciudad Nueva, se corresponde mayormente con la calificación de óptimo según el Test de Fisher, con una interpretación predominante normal (feto no hipóxico , no acidótico) y que predominó un Test de Apgar de depresión moderada en los fetos no reactivos y normal en los fetos reactivos. CONCLUSIONES: Se halló evidencia de asociación entre la variable reactividad fetal basado en el test no estresante y el Apgar del neonato al minuto (P:<0,05).
