Influencia del tipo de empresa en la población económicamente activa ocupada del Perú, periodo 2015-2019

The Economically Active Employed Population is the one that effectively contributes to the formation of the Gross Domestic Product, so its analysis is essential. The objective of this thesis was to determine the influence of the type of company in the Economically Active Employed Population of Peru, in the period 2015 - 2019. For this, this research of a Quantitative type, Correlational level and Non-Experimental design was carried out. The research concludes that Micro and Small Enterprises directly influenced the Economically Active Employed Population of Peru, in the series of years studied, having obtained a Correlation Coefficient that was r = 0.987607257, a value very close to +1. Also, the Determination Coefficient was R2 = 0.975368093; very close to 1; which shows the existence of statistical significance between both variables. In this same aspect, it was demonstrated that Micro and Small Enterprises is the segment that generated the most employment in the Economically Active Employed Population, having hired 72.58% of the Employed EAP, employing 60,037,465.86 workers. When the occupation category that concentrates the largest number of workers in the Economically Active Employed Population was analyzed, it was observed that the Independent Worker is in first with 36.99%. The economic branch of Services employed 31.26% of the Employed EAP.
