The National Superintendency of Labor Inspection - SUNAFIL in the city of Iquitos, aims to supervise compliance with socio-labor standards and occupational health and safety standards for the benefit of workers to achieve decent working conditions, the main objective of the This investigation is to evaluate the effectiveness in the supervision and labor inspection of the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection - SUNAFIL of the city of Iquitos, period 2019, the investigation is justified since there is a need to carry out the investigation to determine if the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection - SUNAFIL is being efficient and effective in the performance of its functions for which it has been created, the investigation concluded that the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection - SUNAFIL, is effective in its management of labor supervision and inspection, however consider that the inefficiency of SUNAFIL influences the violation of workers' labor rights, likewise the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection - SUNAFIL, provides guidance and specialized technical assistance in an efficient and effective way, however they consider that labor informality and non- compliance with the law are socio-legal implications of an ineffective work of the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection - SUNAFIL, in its management and action on labor supervision and inspection, they also concluded that in all labor cases they were fulfilled above what was considered as a goal, which shows a success in the management of Sunafil - Regional Intendance of Loreto for the study period, in addition to observing the results of the internal procedure table N 8, an execution of 192.24% is observed with respect to the fulfillment of activities and goals and an execution of 88.45% with respect to the activity of Inspection Actions, also demonstrating a success in its management, recommending that the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection - SUNAFIL, implement strategies.
