| Sumario: | The objective of the research is to analyze the connection between the Organizational Climate and the Work Performance of the workers involved in the Project to Improve Food Security and Nutritional Quality through the Strengthening of Agricultural and Livestock Productive Capacities in the short and medium term in the provinces of Maynas and Putumayo, in the department of Loreto, May 2024. This study is of an applied type, related to basic research, with a correlational approach and a non-experimental and transversal design. The research findings indicate that there is a positive and moderate correlation between Organizational Climate and Work Performance, with a Rho Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.509 (p < 0.01). |
