In the present research work, the general objective was to determine the influence of contracting with the state on the profitability of the company Service Amazon del Oriente SRL, Iquitos period 2020, the research was quantitative, non-experimental design and with type of transactional design; the population made up of the financial statements and the historical records of the contracts that the company had with the state during the 2020 period, according to the results obtained, we found that in the calculation made for the 2020 period the net return on capital of the company corresponds to 34%, that is to say that the partners obtained a return on their investment of 34%, so that the company for the study period presents a high return and according to the profit generated by the company corresponding to the total asset of 6%, which means that the company is using its assets efficiently given that it has an acceptable percentage of return on assets, it was concluded that the company participates efficiently in the selection processes called by the state since the results obtained represent 82% of the total presented and that the income obtained by the company is from contracts exclusively with the state, reaching 100%, so its efforts are concentrated on the processes called for by the state as the largest financier of its income that generated benefits.
