The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between municipal management and the quality of public services in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista 2022. It was an applied type research, descriptive - correlational level accompanied by a non-experimental design, where it was taken a population of 127,005 citizens, obtaining as a sample only 368 people, who were surveyed through a questionnaire of questions. Therefore, the investigation concludes that the municipal management is qualified as deficient (33%), because the municipality almost never offers the opportunity to participate in the elaboration of the Municipal Development Plan, likewise, the works executed by the municipality they are almost never contemplated in the annual budget, as well as, it is almost never ready to meet all the needs of the population. On the other hand, the quality of public services is rated as poor (35%), since it was shown that the process of granting traffic licenses is poor, the spaces for participation, education and recreation are in poor condition, likewise, the serenazgo or municipal surveillance service is poor, as well as the maintenance service for parks and green areas in the district is rated as poor. Likewise, it was established that municipal management is related to the quality of public services, which has been contrasted with a significance of 0.01 and a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.362, as it was also established that planning, organization, direction and control are significantly related to the quality of public services.
