This Study was carried out with the objective of determining the level of Knowledge of the State Contracting Law in workers of the Logistics Area of the Regional Government of Loreto, period 2022, so a descriptive research was chosen. , of non-experimental design, where the study population was taken as 49 workers from the institution who voluntarily decided to participate in this research work, to whom the survey technique was applied and as an instrument the questionnaire; According to the analysis of the results obtained, it was determined that the level of Knowledge of the state's contracting law is medium, likewise the level of Knowledge about contracting methods is medium and the level of Knowledge about direct hiring of workers in the area is medium. of logistics of the Regional Government of Loreto, - 2022 is medium level.
