The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the social program of temporary employment works Peru and quality of life in the inhabitants of the district of San Juan Bautista 2022, the type of applied study and experimental design was chosen, since 383 residents were taken as the study population. Where, the research concludes that the Work Peru Program is regular (27%), since the program never generates employment in urban and rural areas, likewise, it never contributes to the generation of employment, people are sometimes trained, it never serves as experience to develop own work. The quality of life of the inhabitants of the District is regular (26%), it was evidenced that the services of education, electrical network, water network and drainage are sometimes accessible, the authorities do not prioritize citizen security, its economy is sometimes enough to support his family, the district sometimes has green areas. On the other hand, it was determined that the Work Peru program is related to quality of life with a coefficient of 0.744, which is positive on average; as the relationship between the Work Peru Program and the dimensions was also established: access to basic services contrasts a correlation coefficient of 0.608; for the material conditions of life, a correlation coefficient of 0.617 contrasts; and environment/environment a correlation coefficient of 0.633, both are significantly related.
