Sumario:The objective of this investigation is to study the level of competitive that presents pallets-ice cream in the market here in Iquitos city, realized in 2015.This document has considered the importance that exists in business by a general way; so, this is going to has a big utility for the businesses that are focus on the sell of pallets-ice cream in Iquitos' city, also to have information with valour in order to make and use the strategies more favourable. The research that has been developed is of the Probabilistic Sampling type, realized with a sample of 386 people between men and women, in order to study the degree of competitiveness, expose the types of market segments, in order to know what actions from sellers that are valued by customers and determine the importance of the brand in the industry in Iquitos’ city in 2015. It's necessary to mention that approximate 58% of customers have a concept of the product this is strongly related to being an aperitif: the search for an amazing sensation in our palate. This can be achieved every moment or circumstance of the person, in their, family, work, social personal life. In order way also it is necessary to know the attributes of the product that are valued by the client as the inputs with which they are made, and specifically in Iquitos’ city.
