The purpose of this research work was to develop a web system that allows improving the management of patient care. of the Dental Moura Specialized Dental Center - Iquitos 2023. This research study is of an applied type with a descriptive level and a non-experimental design, the study sample consisted of 30 patient care management processes who entered the Dental Moura specialized dental center in the period from February to March 2023 and by 06 workers and dentists. To determine the sample, non-probabilistic sampling was used, for convenience. The information collection method used was the survey, making use of the survey technique through a SUS questionnaire to evaluate the usability of the web system and the observation sheets, Of these, the usability indicator indicates scores ranging from 70.0 to 77.5. The time for recording appointments was evaluated, which resulted in a reduction of time to 1.98 minutes, the time for recording medical records to 2.83 minutes, the time for recording patient care to 3.12. The time for recording billing for patient care, which resulted in a reduction of 2.13 minutes, and finally the time for generating reports, which decreased to 2.12 minutes. In this context, it was possible to contrast and accept the specific hypotheses of the research: the web system improves the appointment record of the specialized dental center Dental Moura - Iquitos - 2023, the web system improves the record of medical records of the Patients of the specialized dental center Dental Moura - Iquitos - 2023. This web system improves the billing of care for Patients of the specialized dental center Dental Moura - Iquitos - 2023, the web system improves the generation of reports of care for patients of the specialized dental center Dental Moura - Iquitos - 2023.
