Descripción
Sumario:The present work reveals the great versatility and wide use of Darcy's Law, which through mathematical representation allows its use in various areas, allowing to know the fluid dynamic behavior of the fluid, which can be a gas or liquid. This principle can be applied to inert particles present in soils, sand, gravel, as well as to beds made up of biological particles such as cereal grains, fruits whatever their geometric shape, using the fluidization drying method maintaining constant parameters so as not to cause considerable damage to the finished product. The development of the region in relation to the food industry, has a potential, dismissed for reasons of production costs and the lack of added value of the Amazonian tubers, the operation of fluid circulation through porous - fluidized bed, is the ideal alternative to promote development by obtaining substitute flours, which would monopolize the milling sector, baking, cereals, flakes, among others, which would provide sustainable and viable development in the Loreto region.
