Sumario: | The objective of this research was to develop Endomarketing to increase work commitment in the supermarket portals of the city of Iquitos in 2017. It was necessary to carry out this research to understand how and in what way work commitment will increase in the workers of the the use of Endomarketing, since there are problems in certain aspects such as lack of staff motivation, lack of teamwork, deficiencies in improving customer service, among others. The methods used were descriptive, to determine the sample, 60 of the employees of said company were considered, it was considered convenient to carry out a survey with the objective of obtaining real and objective information. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire, 14 questions distributed in 3 aspects: level of satisfaction, training plan and incentive systems, all of these depending on our research variable. According to the results of the investigation of the 14 items raised, the workers state that 71.67% agree with the work schedule; 85% indicate that they have to have 2 sets of uniforms and 80% indicate that they be cooler for greater comfort at work, 75.00% agree that their opinions are taken into account, 71.67% of workers are in agreement. Disagreement that they will be recognized for their good performance, 85.00% of the workers agree that they are comfortable in the area they currently work in, 85.00% say they are 80% satisfied in working for supermarket los portals. 83.33% of workers agree that meetings be held once a week, 85.00% indicate that they agree that the training is practical and useful, they also indicate that the 5 topics they would most like to see covered in future training, consider customer service, difficult customers, teamwork, motivation, and conflict resolution. 63.33% indicate that the remuneration they receive is meeting their expectations, 90.00% ask for a financial bonus as the best incentive/reward for their work, 20.00% say that they like it when salaries are paid on time, 31.67% say that the portals could be improved in supermarkets would be the discounts. It should be noted that the first 7 items are related to the level of satisfaction, the next 3 items to the training plan and the last 4 are related to the incentive system. |
