Descripción
Sumario:The present investigation determined as a general objective to determine the relationship between leadership and the work environment in the Ucayali Contamana 2020 Local Educational Management Unit, taking the type of study as descriptive - correlational and non-experimental design, where a population made up of 86 collaborators, who were surveyed through the survey technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Then, the research concludes that the leadership of managers is rated as very inadequate by 30%, since the leader never cares about specifically defining and describing the tasks; the leader never listens to the opinion of the staff before making a decision. For its part, the work environment is rated as inadequate by 29%, because they are almost never given the opportunity to propose the way in which they want to carry out their activities, however, sometimes there is trust between colleagues to talk about any type problem, but never in the organization do they receive support from the boss in carrying out the tasks. Likewise, it was determined that leadership is significantly related to the work environment with a positive correlation of 0.705, as well as a correlation coefficient of 0.711 for organizational leadership, and a correlation of 0.626 for individual leadership, evidencing a degree of significance (bilateral) of 0.000 for both correlations.
