Sumario:The objective of the research was to determine the differences perceived by emergency users regarding the quality dimensions of nursing care Hospital Regional de Loreto Iquitos 2022. The type of study was quantitative, non experimental, descriptive, comparative and cross-sectional design. The technique was the survey and the instrument was the CARE Nursing Care Quality Perception Questionnaire – Q. For processing we used the SPSS version 24.0 program and for the comparative analysis the Kruskal-Wallis inferential contrast test with a level of significance. of 95%. The results were: According to the overall quality level of nursing care, 53.0% demonstrated a high level of quality, while 47.0% demonstrated a medium level of quality. The dimensions that obtained a medium level of perceived quality were accessibility 53.0%, explanation and facilitation 61.6%, comfort 54.3%, anticipation 54.3%, maintaining a relationship of trust 51.0%, and the dimension with High level of perceived quality was monitoring and follow-up 51.7%. When comparing the different dimensions of quality of care, a value of p=0.014 was found with the Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric statistical test. Concluding that, there are differences between the dimensions of perception of the quality of nursing care.
