The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational climate and work performance in the collaborators of the Air Defense Squadron of the 42nd Air Group, Iquitos, May 2024. The methodology adopted for this study was descriptive correlational, quantitative approach, non-experimental design and cross-sectional. A survey was conducted to all 14 collaborators of the organization and as a result a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.784** was obtained, which shows that the first variable and the second variable have a high positive correlation and a sigma value of 0.001 being lower than the theoretical parameter of 0.05, we conclude that there is a significant and positive relationship between organizational climate and job performance in the collaborators of the Air Defense Squadron Air Group 42, Iquitos May 2024.
