(INVERAGRO) y Sociedad Anónima Fausto Piaggio S.A.; empresas que importan comercializan y distribuyen agroquímicos. Dentro de las principales funciones se encuentra el de elaborar con mucho criterio el dossier técnico que se presentara a SENASA, DIGESA y DGAAA, siendo SENASA la principal autoridad nacional competente responsable de la emisión del Certificado de Registro Nacional de un plaguicida químico de uso agrícola. La ejecución de un buen dossier técnico es sumamente importante, debido a que, según la información presentada, basada en los requisitos solicitados en el Manual Técnico Andino, se puede conocer las características químicas, así como el nivel toxicológico y ecotoxicológico de la molécula a registrase. Para poder analizar y conocer adecuadamente el potencial de riesgo toxicológico de un plaguicida, el dossier proporciona información de investigaciones y estudios basados en directrices aprobadas por la comunidad científica internacional realizados en especies indicadoras. Se describirá entonces el análisis de la toxicología y ecotoxicología de los plaguicidas a registrar. Dada la toxicidad intrínseca de los plaguicidas, la elaboración de la evaluación de riesgo ambiental (ERA) con la información de los estudios toxicológicos y ecotoxicológicos es relevante para que las tres autoridades competentes realicen las evaluaciones e informes correspondientes. En ese sentido, en el presente trabajo monográfico se presenta detalladamente los estudios necesarios para la elaboración de una ERA, así como los cálculos y el análisis necesario para el desarrollo del mismo; para lo cual se toma como ejemplo la ERA de un plaguicida cuyo ingrediente activo chlorantraniliprole será el que se pretenda registrar.This monographic work is based on the professional knowledge acquired in the registration area of companies that are dedicated to the marketing, distribution and import of pesticides, among which are Bioquímica Agrícola del Perú S.A.C., Perú Producto Agrícolas S.A.C. (INVERAGRO) y Sociedad Anónima Fausto Piaggio S.A., where the position of Registration Assistant was held. Among the functions, the most import is to develop with great discretion the technical file that will be presented to SENASA, DIGESA and DGAAA, SENASA being the main national authority competent for the issuance of the National Registration Certificate of a chemical pesticide for agricultural use. The preparation of a good technical dossier is of utmost importance; because, due to the information presented on it, based on the requirements of the Andean Technical Manual, it is possible to know the chemical characteristics, as well as the Toxicological and ecotoxicological level of the molecule to be registered. To adequately analyze and know the toxicological risk potential of a pesticide, the dossier provides information from research and studies based on guidelines approved by the international scientific community carried out on indicator species. Then, the analysis of the toxicology and ecotoxicology of the pesticides to be registered will be described. Due to the intrinsic toxicity of pesticides, the preparation of the environmental risk assessment (ERA) with the information from the toxicological and ecotoxicological studies is relevant for the three competent authorities, so they can carry out the corresponding evaluations and reports.
