Departamento Académico de Ingeniería Ambiental, Física y MeteorologíaLa empresa X S.A. brinda servicios de operación y mantenimiento industrial a los sectores minero – energético en Perú, la misma cuenta con un sistema de gestión ambiental (SGA) certificado bajo la norma ISO 14001 en su versión 2004 y requiere migrar a la versión 2015, dado que se tiene como plazo hasta setiembre 2018 para dicha migración; y además sus principales clientes establecen como requisito contractual que sus contratistas cuenten con la norma ISO 14001 certificada. En ese sentido, el presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como objetivo la migración a la versión 2015 de la norma ISO 14001 para la empresa X S.A. y fue realizado bajo la metodología del ciclo PHVA (Planificar, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar). El proceso comenzó con un exhaustivo diagnóstico del SGA, que sirvió para identificar los requisitos específicos de la norma 2015 que debían implementarse. Se emplearon metodologías de planeamiento estratégico para el análisis de contexto, análisis de riesgos y oportunidades, se identificaron las partes interesadas, se realizó la inclusión de la perspectiva de ciclo de vida en la metodología de identificación de aspectos e impactos ambientales. Por último, con toda la información recabada, se actualizaron los programas ambientales, se realizaron capacitaciones - campañas ambientales y se actualizaron las matrices de identificación de aspectos e impactos ambientales, se realizaron las auditorías (interna y externa) y revisión por la dirección; obteniendo así un sistema de gestión ISO 14001 implementado y certificado en su versión 2015. La certificación sirvió para dar continuidad al negocio logrando cumplir con los objetivos y metas trazadas (investigación y cierre al 100% de las fallas e incidentes ambientales) así como dar tratamiento a nueve no conformidades en las auditorías interna y externa; y el involucramiento del personal con el SGA a todo nivel.The company X S.A. provides industrial operation and maintenance services to the mining and energy sectors in Peru, it has an environmental management system (EMS) certified under ISO 14001 in its 2004 version and requires to migrate to the 2015 version, since it has a deadline until September 2018 for such migration; and also its main clients establish as a contractual requirement that their contractors have the ISO 14001 certified. In this sense, the present work of professional sufficiency has as objective the migration to the 2015 version of the ISO 14001 standard for the company X S.A. and was carried out under the PHVA (Plan, Do, Check and Act) cycle methodology. The process began with a thorough diagnosis of the EMS, which served to identify the specific requirements of the 2015 standard to be implemented. Strategic planning methodologies were used for context analysis, risk and opportunity analysis, stakeholders were identified, and the life cycle perspective was included in the methodology for identifying environmental aspects and impacts. Finally, with all the information gathered, the environmental programs were updated, training was conducted - environmental campaigns and the matrices for identifying environmental aspects and impacts were updated, audits (internal and external) and management review were conducted; thus obtaining an ISO 14001 management system implemented and certified in its 2015 version.
