Maestría en Conservación de Recursos ForestalesLa investigación se desarrolló en un bosque con vegetación propia de bosques secos o semisecos, en el Fundo Génova de la UNALM, Distrito de San Ramón, Provincia de Chanchamayo, Perú. Se remidió una parcela permanente de 0,6 ha hectárea establecida en el año 2009, para conocer los cambios en la composición florística y la dinámica poblacional de las especies leñosas. Se registraron datos de Diámetro (a 1,30 m), altura de copa y altura total, incluyendo los individuos nuevos o reclutas ≥ a 10 cm de Dap (1,30 m). Con los datos del 2009 y 2015, se determinó las tasas de mortalidad, reclutamiento y el crecimiento e incremento periódico anual de diámetro y área basal. Al año 2015 se encontraron 385 individuos en 0,6 ha pertenecientes a 31 especies en 25 familias. Las especies más abundantes en términos relativos no han variado notablemente durante el período intercensal (6,25 años), siendo éstas Heteropterys intermedia, Physocalymma scaberrimum, Sapium glandulosum y Machaerium hirtum, 62 por ciento (2009) y 63 por ciento (2015). Se determinó una tasa de mortalidad de 0,72 y una tasa de reclutamiento de 3,82. El crecimiento promedio del diámetro es de 2,02 cm/ha y del área basal de 1,84m2/ha para los árboles sobrevivientes al período intercensal. El Incremento Medio Anual es de 0,32 cm/ha/año en diámetro y 0,49 m2/ha año en área basal. La Tasa de incremento del área basal es de 3,95 m2/ha/año. La composición florística no ha variado para el período interesal, con lo cual las especies más importantes siguen siendo las que son propias de formaciones secas o semisecas. Pese a la alta tasa de reclutamiento frente a la baja tasa de mortalidad, la representación de las especies propias de formaciones secas se mantiene. Los resultados sugieren que los cambios ocurridos en 6,25 años de no intervención antrópica han favorecido el bosque.The research was carried out in a forest with vegetation of dry or semi-dry forests, in the IRD-Selva-Fdo Genova - UNALM, San Ramón District, Chanchamayo Province, Peru. A permanent plot of 0.6 ha ha was established in 2009, in order to know the changes in the floristic composition and the population dynamics of the woody species. Diameter (at 1.30 m), crown height and total height data were recorded, including new individuals or recruits ≥ 10 cm of Dap (1.30 m). With data from 2009 and 2015, mortality, recruitment and growth rates were determined and periodic annual increase in diameter and baseline area was determined. By 2015, 385 individuals were found in 0.6 ha belonging to 31 species in 25 families. The most abundant species in relative terms have not varied significantly during the intercensal period (6.25 years), being 62 percent (2009) and 63 percent (2015). The mostfrecuent were Heteropterys intermedia, Physocalymma scaberrimum, Sapium glandulosum and Machaerium hirtum,. A mortality rate of 0.72 and a recruitment rate of 3.82 was determined. The average diameter growth is 2.02 cm / ha and the basal area of 1.84m2 / ha for the trees surviving the intercensal period. The Annual Average Increase is 0.32 cm / ha / year in diameter and 0.49 m2 / ha year in basal area. The rate of increase of the basal area is 3.95 m2 / ha / year. The floristic composition has not varied for the intercensal period, being the ones that are characteristic of dry or semi-dry formations the most representative. In spite of the high recruitment rate in relation to the low mortality rate, the representation of the species of dry formations is maintained.
