Departamento Académico de Economía y PlanificaciónEs de conocimiento que el principal problema de la importación es el sobrecosto en el proceso logístico, no obstante gracias a la liberalización comercial resulta conveniente. En este trabajo de suficiencia profesional se analizó el proceso de importación de las empresas que atendió la agencia de aduana TSERVCARGO S.A.C., desde el puesto de atención al cliente “Customer Service”, se consideró seis clientes, para plantear estrategias de mejora en la cadena de abastecimiento de importaciones de China; a través del análisis y revisión de los procesos logísticos propios de la importación, se identificó por un lado los que generan sobrecostos, como: el procedimiento de importación de juguetes, la subcontratación de otros agentes de carga y el transporte interno; frente a los cuales se plantea estrategias que inciden en la planificación. Y por otro lado se determinó los beneficios de liberación, del cual se concluye que las seis empresas se beneficiaron de la reducción o exoneración de aranceles. La participación de la agencia de aduana fue efectiva; sin embargo, se detectó como fases críticas: la numeración de la DAM (Declaración Aduanera de Mercancías) y la comunicación con el cliente. Para lo cual se plantea estrategias en el área de análisis y de atención al cliente. Todo ello incide en aprovechar mejor el comercio y brindar una buena atención a los clientes.It is known that the main problem of imports is the extra cost in the logistics process, however, thanks to trade liberalization it is convenient. In this work of professional proficiency, the import process of the companies attended by the customs agency TSERVCARGO S.A.C. was analyzed, from the customer service position "Customer Service", six clients were considered, to propose improvement strategies in the supply chain supply of imports from China; through the analysis and review of the logistics processes of the imports, on the one side, those that generate cost overruns were identified, such as: the toy imports procedure, the subcontracting of other cargo agents and internal transport; against which strategies are proposed that affect planning. And on the other side, the liberation benefits were determined, from which it is concluded that the six companies benefited from the reduction or exemption of tariffs. The participation of the customs agency was effective; however, it was detected as critical phases: the numbering of the DAM (Customs Declaration of Merchandise) and the communication with the client.
