En las cuales he recopilado la información de las diferentes capacitaciones que he brindado, así comparando como se dirige cada ítem tratado tanto para la Agroindustria como el Pequeño agricultor o mejor conocido como Retail, viendo así una comparación de los puntos de interés en la capacitación sobre el uso y manejo responsable de aplicación de plaguicidas y/o manipulación, pudiendo así diferenciar ciertos puntos de interés y también poder generar información para el apoyo en generar conocimiento sobre el tema, que si bien es cierto lo mencionamos en algunos cursos durante nuestra formación universitaria, la comparación de estos dos grandes grupos, nos ayudara a entender como poder llegar de una manera correcta usando una comunicación asertiva y directa, así también, se usaron como referencia zonas de las tres regiones del Perú para poder entender a un nivel general y también al mencionar Agroindustrias, hablamos de manera global ya que estas están reguladas por las mismas entidades.Information was collected during the years he worked as a professional in the different companies he could work for, SYNGENTA, BASF and SERFI.
