Departamento Académico de Acuicultura e Industrias PesquerasEl presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo caracterizar los subproyectos de innovación SIA y SIADE del Programa Nacional de Innovación en Pesca y Acuicultura (PNIPA), evaluando su impacto en el sector acuícola-pesquero peruano mediante el análisis de 300 fichas de innovación se subproyectos SIA y SIADE ejecutados entre 2017 y 2022. La metodología se basó en la recopilación, sistematización y análisis de información extraída de la plataforma COINNOVA, organizando variables como tipo de tecnología, innovación, beneficiarios, entidades ejecutoras y financiamiento. Los resultados mostraron que el 63 % de los subproyectos fueron del sector acuícola, con predominancia en regiones como Piura, San Martín y Tumbes, y que el 56 % fueron ejecutados por empresas. Se identificaron avances en sistemas de cultivo, producción de alimento balanceado y tecnologías de procesamientos. En el sector pesquero, aunque con menor cantidad de subproyectos, se observó diversificación de especies y desarrollo de tecnologías para conservación y valor agregado. Se registró un total de 9 823 beneficiarios directos, de los cuales el 74 % fueron productivos. Entre los principales hallazgos destaca la falta de registro documental en más de la mitad de los subproyectos, lo cual limita el acceso al conocimiento generado. Las conclusiones subrayan que los subproyectos SIA y SIADE del PNIPA fortalecieron las capacidades técnicas, promovieron la innovación regional y fomentaron la colaboración entre entidades; sin embargo, persisten desafíos como la sostenibilidad financiera, el seguimiento post ejecución y la articulación entre los componentes técnicos y sociales, elementos clave para mejorar futuras intervenciones en el sector.This work aimed to characterize the SIA and SIADE innovation subprojects of the National Program for Innovation in Fisheries and Aquaculture (PNIPA), evaluating their impact on the Peruvian aquaculture-fisheries sector through the analysis of 300 innovation records of subprojects executed between 2017 and 2022. The methodology was based on the collection, systematization, and analysis of information extracted from the COINNOVA platform, organizing variables such as type of technology, innovation, beneficiaries, executing entities, and funding. The results showed that 63% of the subprojects belonged to the aquaculture sector, with a strong presence in regions such as Piura, San Martín, and Tumbes, and that 56% were executed by private companies. Advancements were identified in farming systems, balanced feed production, and processing technologies. In the fisheries sector, although fewer in number, subprojects contributed to species diversification and the development of technologies for preservation and value addition. A total of 9,823 direct beneficiaries were recorded, of which 74% were productive actors. One of the main findings was the lack of documentation uploaded in more than half of the subprojects, limiting access to the knowledge generated.
