Departamento Académico de Gestión EmpresarialEl presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como objetivo general mostrar los alcances del diseño de un plan operativo que oriente la gestión de la IEP “La Católica de Villa”, en base a la normativa del Ministerio de Educación y que genere un incremento de la población estudiantil a partir del año 2021. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva – correlacional y tiene un diseño no experimental, transaccional y correlacional. La técnica primaria, que se utiliza en este trabajo es la encuesta y tiene como instrumento al cuestionario. Los cuestionarios fueron elaborados en base a las dimensiones de la gestión escolar. La muestra empleada es de 12 administrativos y docentes. Los resultados que se obtuvieron en cuanto al grado de relación entre las variables fueron que las 4 dimensiones de la gestión escolar no se están cumpliendo en la IEP. Las conclusiones a las que se llegaron, luego de la realización del presente estudio son las siguientes: La Institución Educativa Privada “La Católica de Villa” no cuenta con instrumentos de planificación a corto y a largo plazo que orienten su gestión en base a la normativa del MINEDU, las metas y los objetivos de la institución no se han comunicado a la comunidad educativa y por ende no se tiene claro la misión y visión de la empresa, se tiene parcialmente actividades de soporte que aseguran las condiciones de operatividad de la I.E. las cuales hacen posible las tareas pedagógicas, estratégicas y comunitarias de manera fluida y la organización y la realización de matrícula que asegura la permanencia de los y las estudiantes en base a una atención oportuna durante el recibimiento y otorgamiento de traslados se debe monitorear de manera permanente pues no se está cumpliendo al 100%.The general objective of this work on professional sufficiency is to show the scope of the design of an operational plan that guides the management of the IEP “La Católica de Villa”, based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and that generates an increase in the student population. starting in 2021. The research is descriptive - correlational and has a non experimental, transactional and correlational design. The primary technique used in this work is the survey and has the questionnaire as its instrument. The questionnaires were developed based on the dimensions of school management. The sample used is 12 administrators and teachers. The results obtained regarding the degree of relationship between the variables were that the 4 dimensions of school management are not being met in the IEP. The conclusions reached after carrying out this study are the following: The Private Educational Institution “La Católica de Villa” does not have short- and long-term planning instruments that guide its management based on the regulations of the MINEDU, the goals and objectives of the institution have not been communicated to the educational community and therefore the mission and vision of the company is not clear, there are partially support activities that ensure the operating conditions of the I.E. which make pedagogical, strategic and community tasks possible in a fluid manner and the organization and implementation of enrollment that ensures the permanence of students based on timely attention during the reception and granting of transfers must be permanently monitored.
