Los resultados obtenidos del monitoreo de ruido ambiental muestran que en 21 de las 22 estaciones de monitoreo distribuidas en la zona comercial los niveles de presión sonora registrados superan los estándares nacionales de calidad ambiental para ruido; registrándose los mayores niveles de presión en las estaciones de monitoreo ubicadas a lo largo de la avenida San Pedro y antigua panamericana sur, la cuales son las principales vías de acceso a la zona comercial. Asimismo, se encontró que el 57% del área de la zona comercial se encuentra en riesgo acústico, siendo las áreas contiguas a la antigua panamericana sur las áreas más afectadas, es por ello que también se plantearon medidas de mitigación para reducir los niveles de ruido ambiental presentes en la zona comercial y preservar la salud y bienestar de los comerciantes que laboran en la zona comercial. Por otro lado, los resultados del estudio de percepción muestran que la principal fuente de molestia es el ruido generado por el tránsito vehicular seguido del ruido que generan las personas (ambulantes, uso de megáfonos, uso de parlantes, etc.), asimismo, entre los efectos que genera el ruido ambiental la interferencia en la comunicación, y la disminución del rendimiento y concentración son los efectos que se presentan con mayor frecuencia en la zona comercial.In the present investigation was evaluated the environmental noise generated by the traffic traffic in the commercial area of Lurín's district, by means of the monitoring of environmental noise and a study of perception of the environmental noise by means of surveys. The results obtained of the monitoring of environmental noise show that in 21 of 22 stations of monitoring distributed in the commercial area the sound pressure levels registered overcome the national standards of environmental quality for noise; registering the highest levels of pressure in the monitoring stations located along the San Pedro avenue and old Panamericana South, which are the main access roads to the commercial area. Likewise, it was found that 57% of the commercial area is in risk of acoustic, being the areas contiguous to the old Panamericana south the most affected, so mitigation measures were presented to reduce the environmental noise levels in the commercial area and to preserve the health and wellness of the morkers who work in the commercial area.
