Originalmente iniciado por el ACE (Alliance for Coffee Excellence), el programa fue adquirido en el año 2017 por la Central de Organizaciones Productoras de Café y Cacao del Perú - Café Perú, siendo está compuesta por 10 cooperativas con sólida presencia en el Sur y Centro del país, incluyendo la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera La Florida, la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Tahuantinsuyo, la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Ecológico Alto Palomar, la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Valle Rio Apurímac, la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera El Quinacho L 78, la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Satipo Ltda., la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Valle De Incahuasi, la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Perene, la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Pangoa Ltd., y la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera San Juan Del Oro, la V edición de la "Taza de Excelencia Perú 2021",se tuvo que adaptar en un entorno marcado por la persistente pandemia de Covid-19, se implementaron estrictos protocolos de seguridad y se establecieron procedimientos adaptados para garantizar la seguridad de los participantes y el éxito continuo del evento. Este cambio de enfoque y las adaptaciones en los procesos de adquisición y gestión de suministros han sido cruciales para mantener la integridad y el prestigio de la competencia en un entorno tan desafiante.This Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP) meticulously details the profound restructuring carried out in the services and supplies purchasing department within the framework of the V edition of the prestigious "Cup of Excellence Peru 2021" competition. Originally initiated by the ACE (Alliance for Coffee Excellence), the program was acquired in 2017 by Central de Organizaciones Productoras de Café y Cacao del Perú - Café Perú - Café Perú, and is made up of 10 cooperatives with a solid presence in the South and Center of the country, including the La Florida Agrarian Coffee Cooperative, the Tahuantinsuyo Agrarian Coffee Cooperative, the Alto Palomar Ecological Agrarian Coffee Cooperative, the Valle Rio Apurímac Agrarian Coffee Cooperative, the El Quinacho L 78 Agrarian Coffee Cooperative, the Satipo Ltda.
