Técnica: para recolectar la información, se usará la técnica de la encuesta, y el Front Roja como instrumento, siendo este, un cuestionario que consta de 24 ítems y 9 dimensiones que permite evaluar la satisfacción laboral. Resultados: estos se presentarán con tablas y/o gráficos, para luego realizarse el correspondiente análisis e interpretación, para ello se considerarán los antecedentes del presente estudio. Conclusión: se concluye que el presente estudio responderá al problema investigado, el cual es la insatisfacción laboral en los profesionales de enfermería, del nosocomio mencionado, ello, luego permitirá planificar, para el desarrollo de estrategias que permitan la mejora en las condiciones, especialmente las laborales de los profesionales en estudio.

Technique: To collect information, the survey technique will be used, with the Front Roja as the instrument. This is a questionnaire consisting of 24 items and 9 dimensions, which allows for the evaluation of job satisfaction. Results: these will be presented in tables and/or graphs, followed by the corresponding analysis and interpretation, considering the background of the present study. Conclusion: it is concluded that this study will address the investigated issue, which is job dissatisfaction among nursing professionals in the mentioned hospital.
