description Objetivo: determinar la relación entre el apoyo familiar y la adherencia al tratamiento en personas con tuberculosis sensible del Hospital de Huaycán, 2024. Material y método: el trabajo de investigación descrito con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y correlacional, estuvo conformado por los pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar sensible del Hospital de Huaycán. Se trabajó con una muestra censal de 50 pacientes. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron 2 cuestionarios, ambos válidos y confiables. Resultados: el 84,0% (N=42) muestra el apoyo familiar medio, seguido por el 10,0% (N=5) de apoyo familiar bajo y por último el 6,0% (N=3) de apoyo familiar alto. Mientras que la adherencia al tratamiento es favorable con 94,0% (N=42), así mismo, un 6,0% (N=8) indica adherencia al tratamiento desfavorable. Sin embargo, en efecto, la prueba chi-cuadrado con una significación asintótica bilateral de 0.026, siendo dentro del parámetro de significancia de 0.05. Conclusiones: se halla que existe correlación significativa entre el nivel de apoyo familiar y la adherencia al tratamiento en personas con tuberculosis sensible del Hospital de Huaycán, 2024.

We worked with a census sample of 50 patients. The data collection technique was the survey and the data collection instruments were 2 questionnaires, both valid and reliable. Results: 84.0% (N=42) show medium family support, followed by 10.0% (N=5) of low family support and finally 6.0% (N=3) of high family support. While adherence to treatment is favorable with 94.0% (N=42), likewise, 6.0% (N=8) indicates unfavorable treatment adherence. However, in effect the chi-square test had a bilateral asymptotic significance of 0.026, being within the significance parameter of 0.05.
