description Objetivo: determinar la depresión en pacientes con tuberculosis atendidos en el centro de salud Flor de Amancaes, Rímac 2023. Materiales y método: enfoque de estudio cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal de alcance descriptivo. La población que conformó el estudio, fueron los pacientes contagiados de tuberculosis, atendidos en el centro de salud Flor de Amancaes, ubicado en el distrito Rímac, durante los meses de marzo y abril de 2023. El instrumento utilizado fue el inventario de depresión de Beck, que fue construido por Aaron Beck en 1961 Resultados: el 42,96% de pacientes tuvieron depresión moderada; seguido del 37,04% que tuvieron depresión leve; mientras que sólo el 20,00% tuvieron depresión severa; en las dimensiones cognitiva y física/conductual, los resultados fueron similares; a diferencia de la dimensión afectiva el (42,22%) tuvieron depresión leve, seguido del 37,78%(N=17) tuvieron depresión moderada, a diferencia del 20,00%(N=9) de pacientes que tuvieron depresión severa. Conclusiones: La depresión en pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar atendidos en el Centro de Salud Flor de Amancaes, fue en su mayoría moderada; seguido de depresión leve y depresión severa.
