En cuanto al alcance y efecto de los hallazgos, este estudio es de carácter descriptivo, La encuesta consta de 20 ítems con 2 dimensiones y 8 indicadores, en donde la escala será ordinal. Resultados: Los resultados se representarán por medio de tablas y gráficos; en forma descriptiva. Conclusiones: se intentará responder a cada uno de los objetivos planteados dentro de la investigación.
