description Identificar el nivel de estrés laboral entre el personal de enfermería que trabaja en el servicio de centro quirúrgico del Hospital Apoyo II-2 en Sullana para el año 2024. La metodología empleada será de naturaleza cuantitativa, correlacional, descriptiva y de corte transversal, sin experimentación. La investigación se llevará a cabo en la ciudad de Sullana, con una población objetivo de 30 enfermeros(as) que laboran en el servicio de centro quirúrgico. Se realizará un censo en lugar de una muestra. La recolección de datos se realizará a través de encuestas, utilizando un cuestionario diseñado para medir el nivel de estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería. Los resultados obtenidos se presentarán mediante tablas y gráficos, utilizando medidas de tendencia para un análisis cuantitativo adecuado. Este estudio establecerá los cimientos para investigaciones venideras en el ámbito de la salud, ofreciendo un punto de partida para examinar el factor de estrés laboral y su conexión, lo cual será de utilidad como orientación para investigaciones futuras.
