description Objetivo: planificar intervenciones de enfermería para el proceso cuidado enfermero a paciente con hipertensión arterial en el centro médico comunal Viña Alta, 2025. Materiales y métodos se plantea la realización de un estudio de caso clínico bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental y de carácter descriptivo. El objetivo central será la aplicación de las “taxonomías NANDA, NOC, Y NIC” como una herramienta integral en el abordaje de la patología en el paciente. Resultados: se obtuvo el 80% de intervenciones de enfermería se ejecutaron exitosamente con el propósito de mejorar la autogestión ineficaz de la salud, por consiguiente, el 20% el apoyo familiar es esencial en el acompañamiento de la enfermedad. Con respecto a lo demás resultados se puede encontrar resultados similares.
