La población fue un paciente de sexo masculino de 49 años de edad con diagnostico confirmatorio de leishmaniasis cutánea. Las técnicas usadas fueron la entrevista con el paciente para obtener información inicial, la prueba sanguínea de Elisa, el análisis de reacción en cadena de la polimerasa (PCR), el test de Montenegro y biopsia de piel como medio diagnóstico. El instrumento de recolección de datos fue la herramienta de valoración de los 11 patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon. Resultados: según la priorización de los diagnósticos de enfermería, en el primer diagnóstico se logró un 80% de efectividad, sin embargo, existe un 20% en ejecución, debido a que aún persiste la etiología de la hipertermia que es la herida ulcerosa por lo que aún todavía el paciente puede desarrollar hipertermia. Conclusiones: en la etiqueta priorizada logró un 80% de efectividad, sin embargo, existe un 20% en ejecución, en el resto de etiquetas también existe intervenciones programadas en proceso de ejecución.

The population was a 49-year-old male patient with a confirmatory diagnosis of cutaneous leishmaniasis. The techniques used were the interview with the patient to obtain initial information, the Elisa blood test, the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis, the Montenegro test and skin biopsy as a diagnostic means. The data collection instrument was the assessment tool of the 11 functional patterns of Marjory Gordon. Results: according to the prioritization of nursing diagnoses, in the first diagnosis an 80% effectiveness was achieved, however, there is a 20% in execution, because the etiology of hyperthermia still persists, which is the ulcerous wound, so the patient can still develop hyperthermia.
