description Objetivo: determinar la calidad de vida laboral del personal de enfermería en el Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital de Chulucanas II1 en el año 2023, Métodos y Materiales: se trata de una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, donde la descripción de los datos de la variable calidad de vida laboral se realizará sin manipulación alguna de la variable. Es un estudio transversal, ya que se llevaron a cabo en un momento específico, lo que permite la aplicación de un cuestionario que consta de 35 ítems distribuidos en 3 dimensiones: carga de trabajo, apoyo directivo y motivación intrínseca. La calificación se realiza utilizando una escala Likert de 10 puntos con 3 opciones de respuesta, que luego se clasifican en niveles de alto, medio y bajo, según los valores finales obtenidos. Resultados: se realizará a través de tablas y figuras con el análisis respectivo Conclusiones se expondrá de acuerdo a los objetivos que persigue la investigación con respecto a la calidad de vida laboral del personal de enfermería en el Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital de Chulucanas II-1 en el año 2023
