La población estará conformada por los familiares de los pacientes hospitalizados, del área de Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos. La técnica a utilizarse será la encuesta y el instrumento que se empleará el Test de AMAS A Escala de Ansiedad Manifiesta en adultos, que está conformada por 36 ítems y 4 dimensiones (inquietud/hipersensibilidad 14 ítems, ansiedad fisiológica 9 ítems, preocupaciones sociales/estrés 7 ítems y mentira 6 ítems). Cada enunciado presenta 2 opciones de respuestas tipo Likert de “si” nunca, hasta “no”. La puntuación global ≥ 75 T Extrema-Graves niveles de ansiedad y la puntuación global ≤ 44 T Baja.
