Fue realizado con un paciente del sexo masculino de 58 años con hipertensión arterial. Resultados: se hallo que para los diagnósticos: incumplimiento al tratamiento; el 90% de las intervenciones se efectuaron y el 10% están en fase de proceso. Sobrepeso el 80% de las actividades se desarrollaron y el 20% están en fase de proceso. Intolerancia a la actividad el 80% de las actividades se desarrollaron y el 20% están en proceso. Riesgo de glucemia; el 80% de las actividades se ejecutaron y el 20% están en ejecución y el riesgo del patrón del sueño ineficaz; el 70% de las actividades se desarrollaron en beneficio del paciente y el 30% están en proceso. Conclusión: la implementación de las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC en las estrategias de enfermería ha demostrado un impacto positivo en la progresión clínica del usuario. Además, es posible detectar al menos, algunas interrupciones en la supervisión clínica de los profesionales de enfermería.

Materials and methods: a clinical case study was carried out, which was descriptive and non-experimental in nature, using instruments such as the Marjory Gordon functional pattern assessment and the NANDA, NIC, and NOC taxonomies. It was conducted with a 58-year-old male patient with arterial hypertension. Results: the following were found for the diagnoses: noncompliance with treatment; 90% of the activities were completed and 10% are in the process phase; overweight; 80% of the activities were completed and 20% are in the process phase; activity intolerance; 80% of the activities were developed and 20% are in process; risk of glycemia; 80% of the activities were executed and 20% are in execution; and risk of ineffective sleep pattern; 70% of the activities were carried out for the benefit of the patient, and 30% are in progress. Conclusion: the implementation of the NANDA, NIC, and NOC taxonomies in nursing strategies has demonstrated a positive impact on the patient's clinical progression.
