description Objetivo: determinar la calidad de vida profesional en el personal de enfermería del área de emergencia del Hospital Santa Rosa Piura 2024, Métodos y materiales: se trata de una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, donde la descripción de los datos de la variable calidad de vida profesional en el personal de enfermería se realizará sin manipulación alguna de la variable. Es un estudio transversal, ya que se llevaron a cabo en un momento específico, lo que permite la aplicación de un cuestionario que consta de 35 ítems, utilizando una escala Likert de 10 puntos con 4 opciones de respuesta distribuidos en 3 dimensiones: carga de trabajo, apoyo directivo y motivación intrínseca., que luego se clasifican en niveles de alto, medio y bajo, según los valores finales obtenidos. Resultados: se realizará a través de tablas y figuras con el análisis respectivo. Conclusiones: se expondrá de acuerdo con los objetivos que persigue la investigación, que esté relacionada con medir la calidad de vida profesional en el personal de enfermería del área de emergencia del Hospital Santa Rosa Piura.

It is a cross- sectional study, since they were carried out at a specific time, which allows the application of a questionnaire consisting of 35 items, using a 10-point Likert scale with 4 response options distributed in 3 dimensions: workload, managerial support and intrinsic motivation, which are then classified into high, medium and low levels, according to the final values obtained. Results It will be carried out through tables and figures with the respective analysis.
